What the service does
Polaris Audit runs an automated, headless-browser scan of a URL you submit. It intercepts network requests and reads cookies set during page load to identify trackers and cookies that fire before user consent is obtained. The scan takes approximately 10–30 seconds.
What the $9 report includes
A one-time payment of $9 (USD) unlocks a formatted report based on the results of your scan. The report includes: a timestamped signal trace, per-tracker remediation guidance, a cookie inventory with legal classification, and GDPR article citations. The report is valid for the scan session only and reflects the state of the scanned URL at the time of the scan.
Not legal advice
The report is an automated technical audit. It is not legal advice. Findings are based on network-level signals and cookie inspection; they may not represent the complete compliance posture of the site. You should consult a qualified legal professional for formal compliance assessments.
Limitations of automated scanning
Some sites use bot-detection, server-side rendering, or advanced consent mode implementations that may affect scan accuracy. We do not guarantee that all pre-consent trackers will be detected, nor that the absence of findings confirms full compliance.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Polar.sh. By purchasing, you agree to their terms of service. Due to the immediate digital delivery of the report, we do not offer refunds once the report has been generated and delivered.
Acceptable use
You may only scan URLs that you own or have explicit permission to audit. Do not use this service to scan competitors, public infrastructure, or any site without authorisation. We reserve the right to block scans that appear abusive or automated.
Liability
Polaris Audit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on scan results, for inaccurate findings, or for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
