Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you run a free scan, we receive the URL you submit. We use a headless browser to load that URL and capture network requests and cookies. We do not collect your name, email address, or any account information for the free scan.
What we do with scan data
Scan results are returned to your browser and stored temporarily in your browser's localStorage for the duration of your session. We do not persistently store scan results on our servers. The URL you submit is used only to perform the scan and is not retained after the scan completes.
Payment data
If you purchase a report, payment is processed by Polar.sh. We do not see or store your card details. Polar.sh may collect your name, email address, and billing details as required to process the transaction. Their privacy policy applies to that data.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set third-party tracking cookies. We use PostHog for anonymous product analytics, configured in cookieless mode (no cookies are set, data is not persisted across sessions). PostHog collects anonymous events such as page views, scan grades, and button clicks. No personal data is included in these events. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
Third-party services
We use Vercel for hosting (their privacy policy applies to infrastructure-level data such as server logs and IP addresses). We use Polar.sh for payment processing. We use PostHog for anonymous analytics (posthog.com/privacy). We do not share your data with any other third parties.
Data retention
We do not retain scan results. Server logs (including IP addresses) are retained by Vercel per their standard data retention policy. Payment records are retained by Polar.sh as required by law.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, and delete personal data we hold about you. Because we do not create user accounts or retain scan data, there is typically no personal data to action. For payment-related data, contact Polar.sh directly. We may update this policy as the service evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
